Analyzing GEO Data Using GEO2R

The following video describes the use of GEO2R, a tool built into the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), that allows you to compare two or more groups of experimental samples to identify differentially expressed genes.

GEO and GEO2R were developed by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI).

Minimum Information Guidelines

The following guidelines describe the minimum information that should be reported about gene expression experiments to enable the unambiguous interpretation and reproduction of the results.  The Functional Genomics Data Society (FGED) and the Minimum Information for Biological and Biomedical Investigations (MIBBI) Project offer additional guidelines and tools.
