HPC's Moffitt new PAA President

HPC Associate Robert Moffitt, the Krieger-Eisenhower Professor in the Department of Economics in the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, has been elected as the next President of the Population Association of America.  This is a well-deserved honor for Robert, whose research on poverty, welfare, and inequality has already earned him many honors, including a MERIT award from NICHD.
